Yesterday I came in with my son and all the staff were super nice and friendly and helpful. But Sully and Gary for sure went above and beyond and I’m truly grateful for them.

I ordered online for Father’s day. I signed up for text alerts and received an “order ready for pick-up” text in less than an hour. The next day, I walked in to the front counter, gave my name, and they handed me my items. I had my order and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. That was extremely convenient.

Service was dismal. I tried to buy several pairs of shoes they did t have my sizes. Asked for help in other ways. Got minimal. Ended up settling for a lesser product on my own. Not a fan of in store here. Expensive.

I came into the store today to purchase a single item — athletic sports tape to wrap my wrist after a minor training injury. The store was almost empty, and there were plenty of team members on the floor, so I expected a quick and simple visit. Unfortunately, the customer service was noticeably lacking from the moment I walked in. I passed several employees on my way to the aisle, and not one greeted me, acknowledged me, or even made eye contact. The same happened with two additional employees I walked by on my way to the register. Once I reached the checkout area, there was only one cashier open and one customer ahead of me asking questions about an online product. No problem — I’m patient. What concerned me was the group of three employees standing at the end of the register area, talking among themselves. Despite clearly seeing me waiting, none of them looked up, greeted me, offered assistance, or opened another register. Even the cashier helping the customer didn’t acknowledge my presence with a simple, “Hey, I’ll be right with you.” After standing there for several minutes with no acknowledgment at all, I placed my item down and politely informed the cashier that the team n

We come to Belden Village Mall all the time, and Dick’s Sporting Goods is one of our favorite stores to stop in — it’s spacious, well-stocked, and there’s always something great to find. We’ve had consistently great experiences here. Recently, we picked up a cooler and some water bottles, and today we found a lovely overall and some super soft shirts we love. The customer service has always been great for us — the staff is friendly, helpful, and makes shopping easy. Definitely one of the best spots in the mall!
